What is a Power Hour Class at Powerhouse?
This class is designed to blast your entire body! You had better pay attention, because at a moment’s notice, our instructors might switch from free weights to bands, to bars, to benches. They might even include kickboxing routines or some Tabata exercises just to keep you on your toes! You’ll get a full-body workout, which includes strength and cardio interval training.
