Bio: Dance Instructor for over 20 years, Fitness Instructor for over 8 years. I currently teach:
PiYo Strength: which is all about body weight strength training, core conditioning, agility, and balance. This Yoga-inspired format is a blend that truly fuses multiple disciplines into one unique and fast paced class. No boredom here!
Total Body Tone: is a total body workout with zero-low impact. Get total body conditioning using props like bands, weights, step, bars, chairs, balls, and more! Great for all levels of fitness.
Tabata: is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol. Workouts are short in duration and designed to boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over. With Tabata, you will notice a big difference in performance levels and body composition.
Booty Barre: is the IT workout these days. It fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Booty barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. There is a reason why dancers have BEAUTIFUL BODIES!
Fun Fact: I was born and raised in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia! I take a bath almost every night, I really really like my electric toothbrush, and I am also an artist! I paint large acrylic highly textured abstract art.
I love teaching my students about body alignment, helping them overcome physical limitations, and awaken the body & soul. This is MY PASSION.
