You will find me teaching the Body Blast class on Tuesday nights, and randomly subbing a variety of classes in the morning. My class is a fun and effective way to work the entire body. It’s a mix of cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism and define your body. Variations in intensity are demonstrated, making this a class for any and all fitness levels. Each week I have something new to offer, so you’ll never see the same class twice.
Teaching tennis is my full time job, so needless to say, fitness is a way of life for me and I love passing that on to others.
