BootyBarre Flex & Flow

This dynamic fitness class is designed to shape and strengthen your muscles, both the large muscle groups and the small stabilizer muscles. We’ll get your heart rate pumping with cardio interval exercises. We also combine the flexibility moves of yoga with the muscle-strengthening techniques of Pilates and the graceful movements of ballet. The end result is a beautifully toned and fit physic.

This class utilizes sequences that help you gain strength from static movements and flexibility through dance-based exercises. All fitness levels will enjoy this class. You’ll be surprised at how amazing you’ll feel and look, and at how quickly you’ll see your body start to transform!
