What to Expect from a Kettlebell Class at Powerhouse

Kettlebell training is a strength-training program that quickly works the entire body. Through a series of swings, presses and pulls, you’ll target all of the major muscle groups. This class will improve your strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

Kettlebell workouts are great for every fitness level, as you decide the intensity of the workout. You’ll gain functional muscle strength that is useful for movements in everyday life. In addition to getting stronger, you’ll also burn fat with multiple repetitions. This class is an excellent way to break up the routine of your regular workout program, giving you an opportunity to take your fitness further.
