What is Kickboxing at Powerhouse Gym?
Are you ready to mix up your routine with high-intensity drills, strength training and flexibility? Our kickboxing classes offer all of that and more. Over the course of the class, you’ll be challenged to get outside your comfort zone as you push, jab and kick your way towards a leaner body. You’ll feel energized and walk away from the class with confidence and focus.
Classes start with a warm-up that includes stretching, skipping and shadow boxing (where you practice striking the air). Following that, your instructor will guide you through more technical moves such as boxing, kicking and practicing defensive techniques. Our drills will put you through your paces as you sweat, breath and push towards your goals.
