What is Solid Core at Powerhouse Gym?

Solid Core is a structured hour long workout routine that uses slow controlled movements to build your core strength. Over the course of just one hour, you will burn calories, build endurance and tone your body in a way you never thought possible. Our trainers are extremely skilled and will help you build your fitness foundation to propel you towards achieving the fitness results you want.

What are Classes Like?

With countless moves and resistance options, you’ll soon find out that no two classes are ever the same. Your core muscles will be challenged and your body will never get bored. The routines and music have been designed to help you achieve optimal results. We’re confident that you’ll enjoy this class and will get a great workout.
