I teach Step aerobics, which still has many faithful followers. It is a choreographed routine which uses a Reebok step and is physically and mentally challenging . It incorporates cardio, strength and balance. I have been a Fitness Instructor for the last 12 years and teach many formats which include Tabata, Interval, Cycling, Toning, Zumba Step and Zumba Gold. “Without Challenge, there is no Change!” – Unknown
